Colorado’s Producer Responsibility Advisory Board will hold a technical work session virtually on November 15, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Stakeholders and members of the public are welcome to observe the meeting and provide public comment. Register for the meeting by EOD November 14.

During this meeting, technical experts from the board will further discuss the proposed assessment criteria for readily recyclable materials. Circular Action Alliance (CAA; the Producer Responsibility Organization) will provide clarification on criteria such as “sortability”. CAA will explain how this criterion will inform the assessment to determine which materials should be proposed on the Minimum Recyclable List to improve recycling in Colorado.
