Please join a conversation with Circular Action Alliance (CAA) , a 501(c)(3) non-profit Producer Responsibility Organization established to support the successful implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws for paper and packaging in the U.S. on August 8, at 12:00 pm PT/1:00 pm MT/3:00 pm ET. 

CAA recently became the first Producer Responsibility Organization approved to administer an EPR program for paper and packaging in the U.S. after the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) appointed the organization to implement Colorado’s Producer Responsibility Program for Statewide Recycling Act. 

Speakers include:

• Representatives from CAA will provide an introduction to EPR for packaging and paper, an overview of the organization and its objectives, and information about the work underway to implement the Colorado law.  
• Darla Arians, Producer Responsibility Lead for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, will provide an overview of the Colorado law, the regulatory process, and the work of the state-appointed Advisory Board.
