Improving Food Management in Hotels

This workshop aims to seed knowledge and support among the local community to shift the Front Range hospitality sector towards food waste prevention. It will provide training on sector specific food waste prevention tools and resources to support local hotel properties, event venues and large catering operations working to adopt new behaviors; it will also include a working session to develop food waste reduction strategies that properties can implement after the workshop. This is a joint effort between Certifiably Green Denver, the World Wildlife Fund, and the American Hotel & Lodging Association with funding from The Rockefeller Foundation.
