Colorado’s Producer Responsibility Advisory Board will hold its ninth meeting virtually on September 6, 2023, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Please note this month’s meeting will take place on the first instead of the second Wednesday to allow board members and staff to attend recycling conferences. Stakeholders and members of the public are welcome to observe the meeting, which will include Spanish interpretation, and provide public comment. Register for the meeting by September 5.
During this meeting, the advisory board will receive program updates from staff and from the Producer Responsibility Organization, Circular Action Alliance (CAA). They will discuss ongoing work with the statewide Needs Assessment. The meeting agenda is available on the Producer Responsibility Advisory Board webpage. 

Colorado Extended Producer Responsibility Needs Assessment

Circular Action Alliance (CAA), HDR Engineering, and Eunomia will be engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current service provisions and to access data. There will be two webinars to discuss the needs of the project:

• September 12th, 2023, at 12PM MDT
• September 14th, 2023 at 12PM MDT

CAA EPR webinar and forum

CAA held a virtual forum titled “Introduction to Circular Action Alliance and EPR Laws.” If you were unable to attend, you may view the recording of the forum by using the passcode: CAAWebinar1! CAA looks forward to ongoing dialogue with EPR system stakeholders and plans to hold forums on different topics in the future.
