Essential Functions (to include but not limited to)

• Acts as the Emergency Response Coordinator for the 3rd shift
• Responds to incidents and reports to management and leadership
• Leads or participates in the investigation of incidents
• Trains 3rd shift personnel on EHS-related job functions
• Performs internal audits
• Attends committee meetings and acts as liaison between the committee members and the Compliance Team
• Communicates with supervisors and management to maintain an on-going familiarity with the hazards affecting Capcos programs and processes
• Coordinates with other EHS team members to complete regulatory obligations
• Coordinates with 3rd shift management and supervisors to ensure a safe, healthy, sustainable, and compliant work environment
• Collects and prepares chemical samples for analysis; and transports samples to labs as needed
