The University of Colorado Environmental Center is seeking a Zero Waste Outreach Coordinator

The Environmental Center welcomes applications for the Zero Waste Outreach Coordinator. The Outreach Coordinator will implement the Environmental Center’s promotional responsibilities in the student-administration partnership for recycling so as to reach all faculty, staff and student ethnic, economic and cultural backgrounds. This position will coordinate the recycling outreach program for the campus. The Zero Waste Outreach Coordinator will also develop marketing plans and strategies for the recycling program to promote and convey effective and inclusive information to residence hall residents, family housing residents, faculty/staff, and the general student body. This position is responsible for outreach programs that advance the campus zero waste partnership’s goals of: Increased participation in zero waste programs; Increased waste diversion from landfills; and Reduced contamination.
