FRWD seeks proposals for Technical Assistance Service Provider (TASP) Phase 2

The Front Range Waste Diversion (FRWD) program is piloting an innovative new model that will help advance communities up the "zero waste ladder." 

The FRWD board is seeking proposals from qualified applicants for the second phase of the Technical Assistance Service Provider (TASP) program. This consultant will provide technical assistance to local governments that have an interest in establishing a new recycling program or expanding an existing recycling program for post-consumer and commercial solid waste in Colorado.

Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2022.
