The annual free festival at Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park is returning on April 23 in a big way with more in-person activities and expanded hours from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.  They will have more music, food trucks, art, exhibits, and activities to help residents find ways to reduce their ecological footprints.
