Colorado’s Producer Responsibility Advisory Board will hold its 51st meeting virtually on July 9, 2025 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Stakeholders and members of the public are welcome to observe the meeting, and provide public comment.

During this business meeting, the advisory board will hear presentations from Circular Action Alliance. The presentations will detail CAA’s education and outreach plan, CAA’s plan for eco-modulation as well as the amendments they have made to their Plan Proposal based on feedback from the advisory board. Afterwards, the board will review and discuss CAA’s response to the board’s Plan Amendment Request Memo. The meeting agenda will be made available on theProducer Responsibility Advisory Board webpage along with meeting materials and recordings from prior meetings.
